Our Service

SKILLQUALIFIED is an educational facilitator that serves as a connection point between prospective students and partnering Registered Training Organizations (RTOs).

While SKILLQUALIFIED isn’t an RTO itself, it can provide nationally recognized training through collaborations with RTOs, as outlined in sections 116 and 117 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011. In such instances, it’s the partnering RTO that grants the nationally recognized qualification, not SKILLQUALIFIED.

As an educational facilitator, SKILLQUALIFIED offers various services in exchange for a specified service fee. These services may include, but aren’t limited to:

– Assisting you in identifying suitable nationally recognized qualifications offered by partnering RTOs.

– Aiding you in enrolling for appropriate nationally recognized qualifications provided by partnering RTOs.

– Guiding you through the preparation and application process for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with partnering RTOs.

To access any of our services, you must first complete our “Online Application” form and pay the specified service fee.

If you’re considering applying for RPL, we advise completing our “Free Skills Assessment” on our website and scheduling an “Initial Skills Assessment” over the phone before finalizing the “Online Application” form and paying the specified service fee.

Upon receiving your completed “Online Application” form along with any necessary supporting documents/evidence and receipt of the specified service fee, we’ll submit your application to the relevant partnering RTO for evaluation.

Regulatory Reforms

Occasionally, due to regulatory reforms or adjustments in course or licensing criteria, it may become necessary for a partner RTO to modify the training products, qualifications, skill sets, units of competency, accredited short courses or modules they deliver, along with any pertinent RPL documentation/evidence requirements. In such instances, the provisions outlined in clauses 1.26 and 1.27 of the Standards for Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) 2015 will be enacted. SkillQualified and the partner RTO will undertake all necessary and reasonable measures to notify you about these changes, including any relevant transition periods, and will provide clear guidance on the steps you need to take moving forward.

Should you not adhere to the directions provided by SkillQualified and/or the partner RTO within the designated transition period, your course enrolment will be terminated, and you will forfeit any right to a refund of the Service Fee you have paid.
